How It Works

  • Determine your needs

    Do you need assistance getting to and from your doctor’s appointment? Do you need transportation assistance?

  • Set Up Your Trip

    For individuals with Medicaid, please call your insurance to set up your ride. For individuals paying out of pocket, please contact us directly.

  • Patient Pick Up

    Once your trip is finalized, one of our drivers will contact you to confirm your trip and go over trip details.

  • Day Of

    On the day of your appointment, a driver will be at the confirmed pickup location before your appointment time.
